"So you’re looking for a review on an agency that sells insurance? I have a review for you. Stick around. It’ll be worth it. I recently had to update my auto insurance policy with an agency I had been with for 20 years. When I pulled out in front of that old man on my way to high school - they were there. When that young lady with a two week old driver’s license slid across a rain soaked roadway and totaled my brand-new-fresh-out-of-college-first-time-buying-something-that-wasn’t-used pickup truck - they were there. But when I had to change a policy due to a life event - they bailed. My rate went up to an amount that was higher than what I wanted to pay for insurance now that I had to reorganize my finances. In that moment, I did what any reasonable human would do. I went online quote shopping. I checked out some other places. The guy with the great hands was about $8 cheaper. The lizard was better but I was skeptical because what lizard needs auto insurance. Then I landed with the tried and true red polo shirt and khakis. The quote was WAY better than my previous agency. Surely I had miscalculated. I changed everything to see if I had messed something up. Bodily injury insurance of $1,000,000. Uninsured motorist coverage of a trillion dollars and a lifetime supply of lottery scratch off tickets. A deductible so low that if I got into an accident - a Nigerian prince would pay ME a portion of his lottery winnings without requiring $25,000 of my own cash first. I couldn’t believe it. It had to be a glitch in their system. But then it happened. Like an angel reaching out to a guy who just wants great insurance and manageable finances - there was the email in my inbox. Who was this angel you ask? Betty White? My great grandmother? The lady at that famous drive through chicken sandwich place that always says it’s HER pleasure to take my order? No. It was better. It was Linda Cuff. Linda was amazing to deal with. She walked me through every part of the policy like a godmother walks a down-on-her-luck-fairy-tale princess through those movies on that new plus channel thing the kids love watching. In the end, Linda gave me a quote that was $32 a month cheaper (that’s enough for at least two trips through that drive trough chicken place!!!) than my previous agency. I couldn’t believe it. What kind of sorcery was at work here? Where did they come up with this magic? And why was she SO NICE!? Didn’t she know we had just walked out of 2020 and into its twin sister train wreck 2021!? It didn’t make sense. But switching insurance companies sure did. Still, I had to give my old fling one last chance. I made the call and told them we needed to come to an agreement on a monthly amount or I was going to walk out that door. I was left with a “we can save you $2 a month but we understand you have to do what you have to do.” So I walked out that door and into the warm comfort of Linda’s exceptional service. Oh - AND my new insurance policy included renter’s insurance. Can you believe that? I got a cheaper auto insurance policy with the same exact coverages AND a renter’s insurance policy for cheaper than my old agency! If you don’t believe that - I know a cricket in a top hat that would easily back me up on this one. So do yourself a favor - stop reading this novel of a review and call Linda. Then meet me in the drive through of the chicken place and we can high five about how she was just as nice to you as she was to me. Thank you, Linda! ***This was not a paid endorsement. Just a satisfied customer with an iPhone who wants to make sure people enjoy the review they’re reading and that the customer service rep that earned said review gets the credit they deserve."

"Very disappointing ! Had several times where I needed Greg to assist me and he could care less. Had numerous items of significant value I thought were insured only to find out that Greg and his brother never submitted the appraisals for coverage! This guy will do any thing to close the sale then never provide you with a minutes worth of service when needed! Thinks that renewals are automatic and makes zero effort to call you to see if your coverage needs have changed !! Went in to the Greg's office one day to bring him a check and a new schedule for new items and he didn't know who I was after 15 years of being his client and Greg actually asked if he could help me as if I were a brand new client!!!!!! I decided this is not the type of service I deserve and called the main office of State Farm and switch my agent to Jason Walborn"

"This is a fake review! In my 25 years as a State Farm agent, I have never had a policyholder by the name of Freddie Kudart. Coincidentally, this is almost an exact duplicate of a review posted by a Marc S. earlier this year on another review site. The fact that this person would post another fake review under a fictitious name only proves that both reviews are fake, inaccurate and without any merit meant to discredit my reputation! Very sad!"

"I mistakenly changed my address online at State Farm and this guy's agency has been quietly over charging my credit card for 2 months before I found out. When I called today trying to correct it, they wouldn't give me the over charged amount back. I also tried to email asking for explanation, he simply replied "I couldn't handle your request". His assistant Heather was very rude on the phone too. I corrected her pronunciation of my name twice, and she ignore it at all. I found it very ironic when it's increasing of premium they charge your card back tracking the difference in history, but when it's decreasing the premium they refuse to back tracking the history and refund. It's double standard playing to their favor."

"I am sorry that you feel that you were provided with poor service. When you changed your address online, we immediately tried to contact you by phone and email multiple times to verify, but you never replied back. When you finally called after receiving two monthly premium notices at your new Philadelphia address, State Farm was unable to process a change of address back to your previous address without documentation of your correct residence, which you never provided. Unfortunately, when you choose to self-service your account and process changes online, you remove the agent from the process and we cannot do what we are trained to do."

"I have had car insurance with Greg Longo since 1990 and home owner's insurance since 1994, and i can't say enough about him and his staff.
